When she came back to the business world in 2020, she did things much differently. The new business, Amber Barry Digital, grew into a multiple 6-figure company serving 6- and 7-figure entrepreneurs. It's what Go-Getters Consulting is built on.
As an ICU and clinical research nurse, she learned to trust science, structure, and data. Nurses assess, diagnose, plan, execute, and evaluate, and that same sequence became the Go-Getters Operating System, the foundation of our work.
She brings that holistic approach to marketing and back-end systems, reading the whole business the way you'd read a whole patient rather than treating one symptom at a time.

Meet the operations strategist behind Go-Getters. Krista brings over a decade of experience in project management, online business operations, and strategic execution to help entrepreneurs and teams build with clarity and confidence.
She specializes in turning big-picture ideas into detailed, actionable plans: creating systems, managing moving pieces, and supporting both clients and consultants as they grow.
As Director of Operations and Consultant Success, Krista builds the behind-the-scenes systems that keep Go-Getters running smoothly, ensuring the right structures are in place so people can focus on growth instead of getting buried in the details.
When she's not untangling business operations, Krista is on an adventure of her own, traveling throughout the U.S., discovering new places, and embracing experiences that challenge and inspire her. She believes the best adventures, whether in business or in life, begin with the courage to take the first step.
